من المؤكّد أنّك حاولت عدّة مرّات الإقلاع عن التّدخين و لم تفلح و هذا يعود لعدّة أسباب منها ماهو نفسي و صحي و جسدي ...
هذا التطبيق يمنحك الطّريقة المثلى للإقلاع عن التدخين و ذلك كما يلي :
تتمثّل الطريقة الأولى في الإقلاع التدريجي عن التدخين و ذلك بالتقليص في عدد السّجائر و دور التطبيق هو :
